Customer Journey (Mobile App)


Registering:

For you to start collecting TOKs from TOKMOB’s registered merchants as a customer, you need to register first. This can be done by:

1. Downloading TOKMOB APP on your mobile phone,
2. Completing registration by using your phone number,
   
   

Earning Toks:

After downloading and registering with TOKMOB, you can now start collecting TOKs from TOKMOB’s registered merchants:

1. When buying from TOKMOB’s registered Merchants, use one of those two ways to start collecting your TOKs:

a. Share your phone number with TOKMOB’s registered merchant, or

b. Ask TOKMOB’s registered merchant to scan your QR code. Your QR code can be found by clicking the “My QR” tab inside the TOKMOB’s APP.

2. Once TOKMOB’s registered merchant adds TOKs to your account, this merchant’s card will appear under the “My Cards” tab inside the TOKMOB’s APP. You can use this merchant’s card to check available balance and transaction details by clicking on the card to take it out of your virtual wallet. Moreover, if you click on the flip card icon found on the bottom left of the card, your card will flip to show more details.

Redeeming TOKs:

At any moment, you can redeem your earned TOKS by pressing the “Redeem” button on the merchant’s card inside your loyalty wallet. Choose the redeem amount by moving the small circle clockwise along the big yellow circle then press the “Redeem” button. Your request will then be sent to the merchant. At the merchant side, the merchant will receive your redeem request and validate it by either scanning your QR code or by entering your mobile number.

Exploring Offers and Coupons:

You can explore available offers and coupons under the “Deals” tab inside TOKMOB’s APP for many of TOKMOB’s registered merchants.

If you wants to use one of the available coupons, share the coupon’s reference number (ref #) with the merchant or ask the merchant to scan the coupon’s QR code.
